Job Description

The Commercial Data Office (CoDO) team is focused on delivering the best customer experience and driving business value through data. With continuous changes in the regulatory environment and data innovation, CoDO plays a key role in supporting sustainable growth balanced with controls and risk management.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager responsible for identifying potential data risks, conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing data risk controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role will require strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work with white space to craft and implement solutions to tackle sophisticated challenges.

  • Identify potential data risks across systems, processes, and third parties
  • Conduct risk assessments to evaluate data usability and data confidentiality risks
  • Develop and implement data risk controls aligned with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry's best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed controls in data-related processes
  • Support the adoption and execution of enterprise data risk management frameworks and standards
  • Monitor risk indicators and control effectiveness using metrics and dashboards
  • Provide regular risk updates, analysis, and recommendations to leadership
