Job Description:
The HR Manager at AskNatural will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing human resources strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's objectives. They will be responsible for managing and nurturing our talent pool, ensuring a positive employee experience, and fostering a culture of growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for all departments, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and stay abreast of changes in employment legislation.
- Collaborate with the admin team to maintain accurate HR records and data, including employee information, attendance, and payroll.
- Work closely with the operations team to address staffing needs and optimize organizational structure.
- Collaborate with the media team to promote the company's employer brand and enhance recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
- Experience managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations processes.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
