Customer Success Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success, reducing churn rate, and increasing renewal rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase ARPU at the organization level
- Develop relationships with customers that go beyond transactional associations
- Reduce churn rate and increase renewal rate
- Upsell and cross-sell products to create a more valuable association with companies
- Lead a team to ensure proper adoption of purchased products
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in customer success or a similar role
- MBA from premier institutes
- Strong analytical skills to derive data-driven insights
- Outstanding teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading and developing teams
Additional Qualifications:
- Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-growing startup environment
- Outgoing and garrulous personality for client-facing interactions
- Strong problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities
Compensation: ₹25 Lakh - ₹40 Lakh per annum, depending on experience
