Job Description:

As a Senior Client Retention Specialist at Global Games Show, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes from our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute personalized onboarding plans for new clients, guaranteeing a seamless experience.
  • Provide expert training sessions on product features, functionality, and best practices to clients.
  • Promote strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Foster a culture of customer advocacy, conveying client needs and feedback to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Design and implement retention strategies to maintain high client satisfaction rates.
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address issues to prevent churn.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products or services to effectively support and guide clients.
  • Stay informed about product updates and communicate relevant information to clients.
  • Gather client feedback through surveys, interviews, and other channels.
  • Analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our products or services.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client success and satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports to management on client success metrics and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client retention, account management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Familiarity with client success tools and CRM systems.
