We are seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead key customer retention strategies and make a tangible impact on company growth.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies to increase customer re-engagement, improve retention, and drive CRM efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and leveraging customer data to create marketing strategies.
- Capturing insights from analytics to build and implement consumer marketing strategies for personalisation and campaigns.
- Driving and delivering key metrics such as member activation, retention, open rates, CTOR, visits, transactions, and sales.
- Managing CRM operations, analysing, and preparing reports on the performance of re-engagement and retention initiatives.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in customer re-engagement management or a similar role.
- A solid understanding of CRM systems and customer lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc., with the ability to create and manage automated campaigns and customer journeys.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with loyalty programs and retention-focused initiatives.
