Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive customer retention through various engagement and retention strategies across customers.
  2. Execute and manage key reactivation mediums like push, SMS, email, WhatsApp, and in-app and web channels.
  3. Hands-on experience on platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage, and other tools.
  4. Strategize and implement owned channel marketing tailored for e-commerce/D2C brands.
  5. Set up various marketing flows and campaigns using advanced features in marketing automation tools.
  6. Establish and scale marketing automation systems, ensuring efficient processes are in place.
  7. Utilize segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  8. Design and conduct experiments to determine optimal channels, communication methods, and timings for scaling brand outreach.
  9. Own and achieve revenue targets associated with retention and loyalty programs.
  10. Collaborate closely with design and tech teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
  11. Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to drive decision-making and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM-based marketing, specifically for e-commerce/D2C brands.
  • Expertise in marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
