This full-time, on-site role as a Customer Success Specialist for Banking Clients at Floatap requires an individual to ensure customer satisfaction, provide analytical support, handle customer interactions, and deliver exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities- Elevate customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and timely responses.
- Support clients with data-driven insights, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, facilitating open communication and trust.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Outstanding customer satisfaction, customer support, and customer service skills.
- Analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on creative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, managing competing demands and deadlines.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably from the US or Europe region.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
