Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team at RKSHASTRA. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers through phone calls and social media platforms to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of various social media platforms, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in using basic Excel functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products, explain features, and answer inquiries.
  • Manage inbound calls, respond to customer queries, and provide product information.
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential customers, create brand awareness, and share promotional content.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in Excel or CRM software.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products to existing customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and provide necessary information for further follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a customer service representative or similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using social media platforms for marketing and lead generation.
  • Proficient in using basic Excel functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
