Job Title: Sales Growth Specialist

We're on the lookout for a driven and results-driven sales growth specialist to lead our remote team in generating new business revenue.

  • Grow our flagship health program by converting inbound Zoom calls into sales
  • Develop and execute strategies to follow up with interested leads who didn't buy initially
  • Collaborate with our setter and operations teams to achieve revenue goals
About the Role:

This is a career opportunity for an experienced or hungry closer who wants consistency, income, and purpose. The role involves selling a proven offer that truly changes lives.

Success will be measured by achieving minimum new revenue of ₹5L/month and 10 units/month of our ₹50,000 health transformation program.

Key performance indicators include:

  • 100+ inbound calls/month
  • 10% minimum close rate
  • Daily reports and consistent CRM/projections

Full-time: 56–60 hrs/week
Availability: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST, Monday to Saturday
Remote role: Work from anywhere in India
1 monthly leave + Sundays off
