We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new clients and managing the full sales cycle.

You will build long-term trust with clients through confident communication and relationship building.

Collaborate with our delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers and share feedback to improve our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Sales: Acquire new clients using outreach channels, manage the sales cycle, and build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building: Lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches, and build trust.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with our delivery teams to improve our offerings and pitches.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2–6 years in a digital marketing agency in business development/client acquisition.
  • Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance and digital marketing).
  • Outreach Skills: Familiar with multiple outreach channels (cold email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
  • International Clients: Experience working with international clients (UAE, Asia, US).
