Product Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Product Growth Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in product management and transition to a dream product role.

This internship provides industry-focused content to help individuals improve their product management skills. Our mission is to make aspiring PMs industry-ready in 2 months.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end execution of product initiatives to drive growth and revenue
  • Experiment with new ideas and tactics to discover innovative ways to grow our offerings
  • Optimise conversion funnels by identifying and addressing barriers to conversion, ultimately increasing user acquisition and activation
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather valuable insights that inform product decisions and improvements
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive product growth for our digital products
Requirements:
  • We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and remotely
  • Any product experience will be critical while shortlisting your profile
  • Able to think analytically and solve complex problems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise tasks

This is an internship position that can convert to full-time without an interview after the internship period if you meet certain performance criteria.
