About the Role
We're building a new arm of our marketing team focused on growth at speed . This role is about combining strategic thinking and hands-on execution to generate measurable outcomes. You'll work across multiple brands, identifying the highest-impact opportunities, experimenting quickly, and optimizing for results.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that great marketing isn't just technical or tactical. it's about creating energy, resonance, and connection that drive action. You know how to harness digital channels to build momentum, attract attention, and generate quality leads.
You're not afraid to test what's never been done. You'll bring workflows to life using AI agents and automation to act faster, think bigger, and create scalable marketing systems that outperform traditional approaches.
What You'll Do
- Drive growth initiatives across websites, SEO, local listings, content, remarketing, and conversion optimization
- Prioritize speed-to-experimentation and velocity-to-impact
- Build and refine systems that generate and convert demand across digital channels
- Design and execute agentic workflows that free up time for higher-value strategic and creative work
- Work with agencies and partners, holding them accountable to real business outcomes
- Surface insights through reporting, and translate data into smart, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with internal team members on high-priority projects across brands
- Proactively identify emerging tools, trends (especially AI-driven), and strategies that give us a competitive edge
- Build, optimize, and scale AI-powered workflows to accelerate content, testing, and insights, while continuously improving agent performance through prompt engineering and iteration

- A track record of identifying growth levers and acting on them quickly and effectively
