Job Role: CRM Manager
We're seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional to lead our customer loyalty and retention initiatives. As a CRM Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that foster strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing customer data to inform business decisions
