Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Manager to lead our business growth in the market. The role involves building strong relationships with travel agents, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving sustainable performance.
About the Role:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage relationships with travel agents, providing end-to-end account management and driving sustainable performance of the region.
- Grow net revenue in the market by developing business plans to achieve revenue goals and maintaining rate competitiveness across multiple platforms.
- Analyze data and establish MIS and market intelligence reports to inform business decisions.
- Negotiate deals with clients, utilizing networking skills to initiate and close sales.
- Requirements:
- A Master's degree from a reputable institute.
- 2-6 years of experience in sales, travel trade, key account management, contracting, or B2B sales.
- Experience handling multiple accounts as a partner is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
