Job Title: Senior Business Growth Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Design, analyze, oversee, and implement sales initiatives to attain sales quota achievement.
- Nurture leads/prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Track and manage all opportunities for potential sales across the pipeline to penetrate and attract prospects.
- 10 + years of experience in direct selling and sales management with majority of experience in relevant geography.
- Proven track record of meeting Sales Targets year on year with an appetite to grow business in multiple verticals.
- High level of motivation, solid business acumen, strong communication, and presentation skills.
