Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of payroll implementation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who can manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project goals, objectives, and scope, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring alignment with business policies. They will also be responsible for managing client expectations, providing regular updates on project status and changes, and ensuring timely and transparent communication of key milestones.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in end-to-end global payroll implementations project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in end-to-end global payroll implementations project management
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope based on the Master Service Agreement (MSA) to prevent scope creep
  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope, quality, performance standards, and risk assessment
  • Keep the project plan up-to-date and coordinate project plan changes with internal and external stakeholders
