Seeking an Oracle HCM specialist to lead Payroll implementations from start to finish

  • Job Summary:
  • A Premium Payroll Professional with 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, focusing on end-to-end Payroll solutions. Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations, develop and maintain Fast Formulas, configure payroll modules, collaborate closely with stakeholders for seamless Payroll operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation plans, ensuring successful go-live and post-go-live support
  • Fast Formula Expertise: Design, test, and maintain custom Fast Formulas to meet client requirements
  • Payroll Configuration: Configure the payroll module according to client specifications, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Client Collaboration: Foster close working relationships with clients to guarantee efficient Payroll operations and effective communication
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support to optimize Payroll solutions and ensure long-term efficiency

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on Payroll
  • Implementation Expertise: Proven track record of completing at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations
  • Fast Formula Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex Payroll challenges efficiently
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver top-notch solutions
