Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional to lead our global payroll integration initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic alignment of regional execution with global program goals, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across regions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex digital projects, particularly in the realm of payroll and HRIS solutions. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as fluency in English and additional European languages a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead global integrations between payroll platforms and broader HR systems to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow across regions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver strategic HR transformation initiatives.
  • Manage external vendors responsible for implementing payroll solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure alignment of regional execution with global program goals to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Mandatory experience in managing HR transformation programs, preferably in a global or regional capacity.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex digital projects, particularly in payroll and HRIS solutions.
  • Good understanding of European payroll regulations and operational practices.
  • Technical proficiency in payroll and HR platforms (e.g., SAP, ADP).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
