Job Description:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in a functional role for HCM applications is required.
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate must have successfully completed at least two to three full cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations.
  • An Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation Certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience configuring fast formulas and payroll costing setups is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, and Production Support is required.

Requirements:
