Job Title: Oracle HCM EBS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HCM professional with functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and providing functional support for Core HR and Payroll.

The role is remote-first but requires flexibility to travel onsite to client locations during project phases. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and configuring Oracle EBS HCM modules, including Core HR and Payroll.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Preparing functional design documents and coordinating with technical teams for customizations.
  • Assisting in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving functional issues to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
  • Providing ongoing post-implementation support to end-users.

Required qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.
