Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM professional to join our team. As a Technical/Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and support of Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM, excellent communication skills, and expertise in multiple HCM modules.

  • Technical consulting and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Analysis and resolution of technical issues related to HCM modules
  • Development and maintenance of business processes and best practices for HCM
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM with other enterprise systems
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS
  • Knowledge of process flow, setup knowledge, and common solutions to modules known in HCM
  • Experience in at least three HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefits, and HR Help Desk
  • Technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools, such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
  • Knowledge of SQL, data migration, and customization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in developing best practices for effective techno-functional support for enterprise business processes
