Job Overview

An experienced professional is sought to lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and be able to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules
  • Configuring Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements
  • Documenting configurations
  • MAPPING BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS TO ORACLE FUSION CLOUD HCM MODULES
  • Identifying functionality fit/gaps and providing solutions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving functional issues within HCM modules
  • Conducting client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications
  • Collaborating with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions
  • Testing and validating technical components
  • Supporting clients during test phases and resolving implementation-related issues
  • Developing end-user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions
Requirements

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

  • 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Payroll with any module combination)
  • Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies
  • Experience working with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams
