Job Title: Salesforce Technical Implementation Lead

The role of the Salesforce Technical Implementation Lead combines deep technical expertise with project leadership to drive effective implementations that align with business objectives.

This position is responsible for leading end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring successful design, development, integration, deployment, and support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom Force.com applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
  • Oversee configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations (APIs, middleware), and data migration activities.
  • Define and enforce development standards, code reviews, and best practices for Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage technical project deliverables, timelines, and resource planning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Mentor and guide developers and administrators to build internal capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with at least 2-3 years in a technical lead or architect capacity.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, data migration tools, declarative configuration, and CI/CD processes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms, such as MuleSoft, and experience with release management on Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II and Salesforce Architect certifications are preferred.
  • A proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, and System Architect.
