Job Title: AI Solutions Architect

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned data intelligence professional to join our team and spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.

  • Data Intelligence Platforms: Design, build, and implement scalable data intelligence platforms that integrate diverse data sources, leveraging expertise in ETL processes, MLOps, and data modeling.
  • Generative AI Models: Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion Models) for tasks such as text generation, synthetic data creation, and content automation, utilizing proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams, to deploy AI solutions into production environments, ensuring seamless integration and effective stakeholder management.
  • Data Pipelines: Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring systems, applying strong understanding of data modeling and data governance principles.
  • Prompt Engineering: Apply prompt engineering techniques to enhance LLM performance for business use cases, driving business impact through data-driven decision making.
  • Experimentation: Conduct thorough experiments and A/B testing to evaluate model performance and business outcomes, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with knowledge graphs, semantic search, or data fabric architectures.
  • Familiarity with AutoML, RLHF, or multi-modal AI.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends, with ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
