High-level professionals in the field of unified communications are sought after to design and implement robust architectures for contact center solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Customer Voice Portal (CVP) technologies, with a strong understanding of architecture design, implementation, and system integration.

This role requires analyzing business requirements, leading technical presentations, providing subject matter expertise, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include designing call flows, customizing reporting solutions, conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and performance validation.

A successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Cisco UCCE, CVP, and related technologies, including ICM scripting, VXML, Java, JavaScript, database integration, CRM integration, monitoring and reporting tools, security and compliance tools, and project management and documentation tools.

Familiarity with cloud-based contact center solutions, DevOps practices, and automation tools is a plus. Certifications such as Cisco UCCE-CVP certification, CCNP Collaboration, and ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification are highly valued.

As a key member of the team, you will assist solution architects in designing Cisco UCCE and CVP solutions for clients, participate in technical presentations, and provide subject matter expertise. You will also support estimation, scoping, and proposal development, lead installation and configuration activities, customize call flows and reporting solutions, conduct system testing and troubleshooting, and deliver operational support and ongoing improvements.
