Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a strong focus on training and mentoring.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Passion for teaching and guiding learners towards career success, with a commitment to excellence.
