Job Description:

As a strategic leader, you will oversee the implementation of HRMS solutions across global enterprises. This involves defining and executing global implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and rapid growth trajectories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for global implementation operations
  • Lead large, distributed teams of Engagement Managers, Solution Architects, and Product Specialists
  • Manage complex, enterprise-scale HRMS deployments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Master's in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in HR, HR Consulting, or HRMS Delivery
  • Proven track record of delivering large/complex enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of global HR practices and regulatory frameworks
  • Outstanding executive presence and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders
