Global Studio Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will lead the establishment and management of our global client's Mumbai office, overseeing resources and coordinating workflow between the office and other global offices on joint projects.
They will be responsible for developing and implementing a business plan focused on expansion in the Indian market, as well as inspiring and promoting the company culture across the office.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an expansion-focused business plan for the Indian market.
- Manage key accounts to obtain and maintain commissions.
- Inspire and promote the company culture across the office.
We are seeking an experienced architect with a minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience across all project work stages and in commercial sectors, as well as previous successful leadership of project teams and prior experience working with international client organizations.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability to identify new business opportunities to support revenue objectives, manage resources effectively, and mentor team members to achieve their professional goals.
