Job Description

As a seasoned Finance Review Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing global process improvement initiatives. Your focus will be on standardizing, simplifying, and automating transactional activities to drive efficiency and productivity.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your leadership skills and experience in F&A to make a significant impact. You will work closely with senior finance teams, develop remote teams, and foster collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver enhanced value.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement global standards for transactional processes, ensuring compliance with operating methodologies.
  2. Collaborate with service providers to enhance operational efficiency through end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) knowledge and SAP expertise.
  3. Drive improvements in vendor management metrics and identify opportunities for automation using robotic process automation (RPA).
  4. Review and revise global standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with improved processes and best practices.
  5. Ensure consistent levels of service delivery by engaging with units and reviewing key performance metrics.
  6. Define and update Risk and Control matrices (RACM), resolve audit findings, and support internal and external audit teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

  • A qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience in F&A, or a semi-qualified accountant with 8 years of accounting experience and 3 years of operational finance exposure.
  • Strong leadership skills, including experience in managing remote teams and influencing non-positionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in SAP finance modules and advanced MS Excel.
  • English proficiency and analytical/logical thinking skills are essential.
