Global Integrity Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our members worldwide in navigating anti-corruption regulations.

The ideal candidate will oversee and further develop our compliance tools and resources, leading global training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support MACN Members: Provide guidance and expertise to members worldwide in navigating anti-corruption regulations.
• Develop Compliance Tools: Oversee and further develop MACN's compliance tools and resources, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our members.
• Lead Training Programs: Lead global training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance, equipping members with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
• Sustain Due Diligence: Support due diligence initiatives and liaise with external providers to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Advocate ESG Efforts: Champion the importance of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) efforts within our organization and among our members.

Project Management

The successful candidate will also oversee stakeholder engagement with German SMEs, trade associations, training partners, and compliance specialists.

Key responsibilities include:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Training Material Development: Coordinate the development of customized training materials, aligned with the evolving needs of our members.
• Workshop and Webinar Coordination: Manage the implementation of workshops, webinars, and digital learning platforms targeting SMEs.
• Associate Membership Model: Operationalize the MACN Associate Membership model for Germany, fostering growth and engagement among our members.
• Internal Learning and Communication: Contribute to internal learning, external communications, and donor reporting, ensuring seamless information flow and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk.
• Sanctions Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of sanctions and anti-corruption frameworks.
• Success in Stakeholder Engagement: Proven success engaging with governments, international donors, NGOs, and business leaders.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential, with high proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with e-learning tools a plus.
• High Ethical Standards: High ethical standards and a commitment to our core values are required.
