Job Description:

This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of the founding core team of our studio in Mumbai, driving project delivery excellence across various sectors. As a Senior Project Architect, you will oversee technical project delivery, ensuring adherence to global quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading client relationships and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and colleagues worldwide.
  • Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Maintaining high-quality project documentation and meeting minutes.

Project Management & Leadership: The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Registered Architect in India with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline).
  • 8–12 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp).

Collaboration & Adaptability: A strong understanding of Indian building codes and zoning regulations is essential, as well as excellent communication skills (written and spoken English). Experience working on international-standard projects across Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics is highly desirable.
