Senior Project Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Own the successful delivery of project tasks, ensuring business value meets customer expectations.
- Create and maintain project plans and JIRA boards to ensure on-time completion of project tasks.
- Track risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage communication and escalation of issues in a timely manner.
- Provide regular project status updates to company leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator, preferably in the Utilities domain.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile).
- Experienced in leading projects utilizing standard project management tools (MS project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, promote effective communication, resolve conflict, and handle conflicting priorities.
