Project Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate project schedules using MS Project and/or P6.

The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in scheduling supporting the construction industry. You should possess a strong understanding of project planning principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will work closely with our project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your expertise in Primavera P6, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Project will be essential in achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain accurate project schedules using MS Project and/or P6.
  • Analyze project trends over the project lifecycle to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform data integrity checks and auditing to ensure accuracy of schedule reporting.
  • Support project managers and other stakeholders in bid and proposal preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • More than 5 years of experience in scheduling supporting the construction industry.
  • University Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration, or a combination of education and industry experience.
  • Expertise in Primavera P6, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Project.
