Job Title: Project Oversight Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our palm oil mill projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall leadership, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with business strategies, goals, and objectives.

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and performance monitoring. They will lead a dedicated team to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of palm oil mill projects.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, operations, and safety, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee the execution of palm oil mill projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
  • Continuously monitor project progress, including adherence to schedules, cost management, quality control, and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects in bulk material handling and process industries, equipment installation, and process optimization.

The Project Oversight Specialist will possess strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams. They will also have proven expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control, as well as in-depth knowledge of palm oil mill operations.
