Project Leader - Renewable Energy

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the planning, execution, and lifecycle management of renewable energy projects.

  • Drive the full lifecycle of renewable energy and energy storage projects – from concept, feasibility, design, execution, commissioning to handover and operation & maintenance.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams across various stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and operational staff.
  • Align project execution with corporate vision, growth strategy, and sustainability goals.

Broad Responsibilities:

Strategic Oversight
  • Evaluate and recommend project options, partnerships, and business models for optimal impact.
  • Ensure alignment of project execution with corporate vision, growth strategy, and sustainability goals.
Project Delivery
  • Oversight of multiple project portfolios with focus on timely delivery, quality control, and cost optimization.
  • Implementation of robust project monitoring systems (dashboards, KPIs, risk tracking).
Operations and Maintenance
  • Establishment of efficient frameworks for long-term performance and asset lifecycle management of deployed renewable and energy storage assets.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Energy Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 18–25 years of experience with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles in the Renewable Energy / Energy Storage domain.
