Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our Palm Oil Mill projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of palm oil mill projects
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects in bulk material handling and process industries, equipment installation, and process optimization
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams
