Project Lead Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that all project goals align with the organization's strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor project performance, analyzing progress against established metrics.
  • Provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities.

  • Experience working in software development, construction, or other similar industries.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively.
