We are seeking a Sales and Operations Leader to drive growth and support operations effectively, scaling our business while serving customers better.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join as part of the founding team with significant equity compensation and a competitive salary range of ₹60 Lakhs - ₹80 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of recent experience in field sales, preferably in a healthcare or wellness environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • On-field sales leadership to expand business with current customers and onboard new ones in Mumbai.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Building, leading, and managing the sales team once early proof is established.
  • Expanding customer reach through direct sales, partnerships, and channel development.
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth execution of business activities, aligning with company goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in leading sales and operations in a startup or similar environment.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales, especially to SMEs (hospitals), with experience building and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong customer orientation with experience improving customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.
  • A hands-on leadership style with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • An MBA or graduate degree in science preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
