Sales Manager Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Strassenburg Pharmaceuticals in the Greater Kolkata Area. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage sales teams to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive product awareness and achieve revenue goals

The ideal candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required. Strong leadership and team management abilities are also essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
