Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to support our global team in India. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional HR services and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment partner to source and hire high-quality candidates for vacant positions in India.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end recruitment processes that meet corporate standards and local requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with our business stakeholders to provide expert HR advice and support.
  • Manage employee onboarding and integration processes to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Administer employee data, benefits, and payroll to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Support learning and development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of Indian team members.
  • Contribute to the development of local policies and procedures that align with corporate standards.
  • Partner with our leadership team to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of HR metrics and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and develop insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.
  • Fluency in English language is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
