Job Title: Director of Human Resources

Our organization is a diversified conglomerate with operations in the agri and industrial sectors. We are seeking a seasoned human resources professional to lead our HR function at a key production facility.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end HR operations in a manufacturing environment, aligning people practices with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all plant-level HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Maintain strong relationships with union representatives and employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage time office, payroll, attendance, and shift management systems efficiently.
  • Design and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and career development frameworks that support business goals.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and welfare standards, aligned with factory and distillery operations.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership, supporting productivity and workforce efficiency initiatives.
  • Handle disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution in a fair and transparent manner.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Strong educational background in a relevant field.
  • No less than 15 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in labor laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
