Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic guidance on all human resources functions for our organization. The ideal candidate will focus on performance evaluation, workload analysis and other HR functions that drive business results.

About the Role:Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and reduce turnover rates
  • Analyze workforce demographics and develop data-driven solutions to address labor market trends
  • Partner with department heads to identify and mitigate risks associated with employment laws and regulations
Performance Management
  • Design and implement performance management systems that align with business objectives
  • Facilitate annual performance reviews and goal setting to promote employee growth and development
  • Coach managers on effective communication and conflict resolution techniques
  • Develop employee recognition and rewards programs to boost morale and motivation
Workload Review and Analysis
  • Conduct regular workload assessments across departments to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Analyze job roles and responsibilities to optimize staffing levels and reduce costs
  • Recommend adjustments to staffing levels based on workload analysis and organizational needs
Leave Management
  • Administer all employee leave programs to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Process leave requests and maintain accurate records to minimize disruptions to the business

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required. Master's degree is preferred. Professional certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) are also desired. 5+ years of HR experience with 2+ years in management is required. Experience in talent acquisition and performance management is essential. Knowledge of employment law and compliance is necessary.
