Welcome to an exciting opportunity as a Human Resources Manager. This role plays a strategic part in supporting the transition of our Global Business Services division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the business and HR Function to drive process transformation, technology enablement and planning of enterprise migration.
  • Lead HR work transitions into regional GBS locations by working with GBS leadership, Global Process Owners and local stakeholders.
  • Oversee readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up and documentation standardization.
  • Coordinate process stabilization post-transition ensuring minimal disruption to the business and employees.
  • Develop and implement transition governance including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecard and escalation frameworks.

In this critical role you will provide thought leadership during implementation of GBS HR Operations and ensure successful transition of all in scope activities to the respective Regional center.
