Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Business Partner based in Kochi. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for collaborating with management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Daily tasks include managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital, and maintaining a positive organizational culture. They will handle complex employee-related issues, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and work on performance management, employee relations, and talent management.

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role
  • Excellent people management skills, analytical and goal-oriented
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Experience with recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Strong ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels within the company
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
