Job Title: Remote Desktop Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will provide round-the-clock technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. This includes monitoring and responding to incidents via a ticketing system within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues
  • Support users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime
  • Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity
  • Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support

The successful candidate must be flexible to work in three shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night. They must also be willing to collaborate with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely updates and patches for systems and applications.
