We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist to provide advanced support for Windows desktop environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, Group Policy management, and experience with SCCM, Intune, and Windows 11.

  • Provide timely resolution for Windows desktop issues ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policies, and basic network configurations.
  • Deploy and manage systems using SCCM and Intune.
  • Support Windows 11 rollout and ongoing maintenance.
  • Utilize remote desktop tools for efficient user support.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Windows Desktop Support: Provide expert-level support for Windows desktop issues, including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Active Directory Management: Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policies, and basic network configurations.
  • System Deployment and Management: Deploy and manage systems using SCCM and Intune.
  • Remote Desktop Support: Utilize remote desktop tools for efficient user support.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong Knowledge of Windows Desktop Support: Expertise in Windows troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Experience with Active Directory: Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy management, and basic network configurations.
  • SCCM and Intune Experience: Familiarity with SCCM and Intune for system deployment and management.
  • Remote Desktop Tools: Proficiency in utilizing remote desktop tools for efficient user support.
