Business Development Manager - Client Acquisition

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in business development, sales, or recruitment with a proven track record of success.

The right individual will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, and managing multiple accounts to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and marketing efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage multiple accounts and generate new business opportunities through strategic planning and execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment within the talent solutions industry
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or recruitment with measurable results
