Overview:
- We are seeking a Branch Head to oversee the management of our center in Ballari, India.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading school outreach and lead collection initiatives effectively.
School Outreach and Lead Collection- Establishing strong relationships with schools through effective calling and admission processes.
- Coordinating day-to-day business operations with HO departments such as Sales and Marketing, Accounts and Finance, HR, Administration, and Academics.
- Leading the sales and marketing team at the centre, ensuring they meet their targets and goals.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase business generation through School Outreach, BTL activities, Marketing planning, and Seminars.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
