Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex technical projects ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting customer requirements.
  • Lead project teams, define project scope, create timelines, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to meet delivery milestones.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in project management with at least 5+ years in a technical or IT-focused environment.
  • Led end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions, from use case discovery to production rollout, across business functions.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and tools.
  • Experience working with technical teams, understanding of system architectures, software engineering, and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with development platforms and technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and APIs.
  • Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant certifications.
  • Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Hands-on experience in building/workings with generative AI products.
