Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Office Manager. As a Front Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing a team of front office staff. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in hotel front office management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of front office staff
- Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Train new front office staff on hotel policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize front office operations and improve guest satisfaction
- 4 to 6 years of experience in hotel front office management
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
